Here are some easy ideas for Random Acts of Kindness Day:
1. Send a gratitude card (send one at gratitude.arizona.edu) 
2. Give a compliment 
3. Pick up trash 
5. Send a nice text to a friend 
6. Hold open a door.
7. Talk to someone new in a class.
8. Write a positive review for a small business or author.
9. Write someone a nice note.
10. Donate unused items.
